A practical guide to AI agents that focuses on real use cases instead of buzzwords

The AI agent space has become an overcomplicated maze of taxonomies, theoretical frameworks, and venture capital buzzwords. Every week brings new “revolutionary” agent platforms, each claiming to solve problems you probably don’t have with technology you probably don’t need.

Meanwhile, practical teams trying to get actual work done are drowning in options, confused by conflicting advice, and frustrated by tools that promise everything but deliver complexity instead of results.
